Tailgating vehicle sign

Turning every tailgate into a statement

I first came up with the idea 2 years ago on a busy flyover. I thought it would be a good idea to stop unnecessary accidents and insurance claims. The sign was made up professionally in Salisbury by an art company. We currently own the patent of it online and in paper form. It’s very effective when driving and a lot of people enquire about it. We would be interested in selling this to a company garage or auto firm. I’m sure it would do extremely well in the right hands.

Tailgating signs typically include warning signals such as flashing brake lights, a sudden decrease in distance between vehicles, or electronic display signs indicating “Keep Distance” or “Rear-End Collision Risk.” These signs are designed to promote safe driving behaviour and prevent rear-end collisions by reminding drivers to stay alert and maintain adequate space between vehicles.

  • Warning signs: Primarily including warning signs such as “No Tailgating,” “Keep Safe Distance,” and “Do Not Follow Closely,” which aim to promote safe driving practices.
  • Informational Signs: Informational tailgating signs are like “Event Parking” or “Tailgating Area,” indicating designated areas for tailgating activities during events.
  • Promotional messages: Humorous or promotional messages to enhance engagement, such as “Let’s Party, But Stay Safe” or brand-specific signs for sporting events to ensure safety and organization during tailgating gatherings.
